Product prices and availability can change without notice, and are subject to availability. If any product ordered falls out of stock after your transaction has been completed, we will notify you by email. The out-of-stock product will be removed from your order, and its cost will be refunded to you.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions that may appear on this Website, including information relating to product descriptions, prices, and availability. The Company reserves the right to correct, modify, or update information posted on this Website at any time, without prior notice. If such a situation occurs, please be assured that we will correct the incorrect information as soon as possible and contact you if you have already placed an order affected by such an error. Your sole recourse in connection with a purchase made through our Website affected by an error posted on our Website is to request the cancellation of your order and obtain a refund.
CONFIRMING AN ORDER
When you make a purchase through our Website, the Company will give you the opportunity to confirm, modify, or cancel your order prior to purchase. The confirmation page will contain:

PRICE, SALES TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices on the Website are in Canadian dollars ($CAD), do not include sales tax (GST, QST or HST), and are subject to change without notice. The official amount of your order, including taxes, will be displayed on the order confirmation page on the Website.
We only accept credit card payments from cards issued in Canada by Visa™ or MasterCard™. Payment must be made and received by us prior to processing your order.
DELIVERY
Delivery is free. Expect a wait of 5 to 10 working days before receiving your order. If delivery of your product requires additional time, due to availability or delayed delivery, we will notify you by email of any such delay. The Company cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be held responsible in the event of a stock shortage, or for any damage that may result from or be caused by any delay in delivery.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR TRANSACTION
Within 15 days of completing any transaction on the Website, we will send you an order confirmation email, including the date of your purchase, the total price of your order, and the detailed terms and conditions of the transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction, with no obligation to provide any justification. If we cancel your transaction, you will be notified by email at the address provided. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders that, at our sole discretion, appear to have been placed by merchants, resellers, or distributors. Generally, when we cancel a transaction, we do not charge the amount to your credit card. If a charge has been made, we will reimburse you for this amount or credit the amount to your credit card.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
For a refund or exchange, the product in question must be in its original condition. It must not have been used, worn, or otherwise degraded, and must be returned in its original packaging. Items that are opened, damaged, or otherwise not in condition to be resold may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping charges will be borne by you.
You have 21 days to submit your refund or exchange request. In the event of a refund request, in accordance with our policy, such a refund will only be available as a credit applied to your payment method (credit card) OR as a credit toward a future purchase.
